About Carl
Hi, my name is Carl and I’m the owner of Carl’s Cleaning. I have lived in North Bend my whole life. I love it out here. The rivers. The feeling on sunny days while driving down the I-90 towards Mount Si and the Cascades. While near the blueberry farms, you can look up and see the sunset reflect off the sheer rock faces of Mount Si.
Needless to say, North Bend really is a special place. And I wanted to start a company that is just as special.

Communication is a broad term, but is probably the most important thing we keep in mind when dealing with clients, vendors, prospects, and employees. Everyone has a different interpretation of what one thing means. For instance, “What exactly is a deep clean,” and my answer is always “depends on who you ask.”
That’s why it’s important to be specific in what you want done, specific in what you DON’T want done, and set expectations for outcomes.
I always tell my clients, I’m not magic. If I was, I would be transmuting gold for a living instead of cleaning houses. – Carl

How it started
When I first started this cleaning service, I had a few goals in mind.
- I wanted to build a cleaning company that addresses the most common problems within the cleaning industry in general. These concerns within the industry boil down to a lack of the four following traits. Those traits include communication, reliability, trustworthiness, and quality. Carl’s Cleaning strives to do all these things exceptionally.
- I wanted to create a company where I can pay my employees a living wage. The core of a good cleaning company is good employees. Good employees stick around longer, and do a better job.
- I wanted to build a business that is sustainable long-term. Another important factor in having a good client-provider relationship is mutual benefit. The client needs to be provided a high-quality service, and we the service providers need to be fairly compensated.
And now that we’ve been in business since 2019, we have a good understanding of how to make our clients happy. We’re expanding our services to include both residential, office cleaning and real estate preparation.
